About data processing

Online store software

Our webshop has been developed with software from Lightspeed. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose.

Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Lightspeed is obliged to take appropriate security measures. Lightspeed uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Web hosting

We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Hosting2Go. Hosting2Go processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. OVH Webhosting has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. OVH Webhosting is bound by the confidentiality agreement.

Email and mailing lists

Our website uses mailchimp and hosting2go, third parties that handle the e-mail traffic from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through hosting2go's servers. Mailchimp is our third party that takes care of the newsletters that are sent and will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail sent automatically via our newsletter provider you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this you will no longer receive a newsletter from our website.

This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is stored securely by Mailchimp. Mailchimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. Mailchimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share information with third parties in this context.

E-mail traffic

We use the services of hosting2go for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. hosting2go has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

payment processors

We use the Mollie platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in this context. Shipping and logistics

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL and DHL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with PostNL and/or DHL. PostNL and DHL only use this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL or DHL engages subcontractors, PostNL and/or DHL will also make your data available to these parties.

Billing and accounting

We use the services of Lighstspeed and Snelstart to keep track of our administration and accounting. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected.

Lighstspeed and Snelstart is bound to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Lighstspeed and Snelstart do not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

Retention periods

We keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced in response to your order.

Your rights

We explain below which rights these are and how you can invoke these rights. In principle, to prevent misuse, we only send copies and copies of your data to your already known e-mail address.
